Things we’d like for you to know…
RiverTunes at Home Registration Fee
The cost to participate in this special event is only $125 per each unique email address. Note: if multiple members of your household will be attending the same set of classes, all of you can participate for $125. However, if various members of your household plan to attend a different set of classes/workshops, each will need to register separately. Entrance into each class will be monitored based on each paid participant’s unique email address.
If you need to cancel for any reason, we’ll refund your money minus a $25 non-refundable deposit.
A small number of partial scholarships are available. This includes assistance for those in need, particularly those who have lost employment due to the pandemic. Please contact Pamella Craven: firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about possible financial assistance. Please communicate your specific situation and why you are requesting support. Partial scholarships are available on a first come basis, so inquire today. We want you to participate!
Additional Donations are Gratefully Appreciated
Rather than offering this event on a sliding scale basis, we would like to encourage your generosity in a different manner.
All of our faculty are professional musicians; teachers, performers, music camp directors, and the like. The spring and summer months are our most active working periods, given the large number of camps and festivals that we teach and perform at. Due to the pandemic, almost all of our scheduled events were cancelled for 2020. If you are moved to do so, we would greatly appreciate any additional donation you can make to this year’s RiverTunes at Home event. Your donations will first be applied to our scholarship fund, enabling more participants to enjoy and learn. The balance of additional donations will be shared among the event producers and faculty.
A Note about Our Expenses
Some folks may think that the costs of producing this two-day virtual learning event are minimal; however that is not the case. We are investing significantly in bringing you a fantastic learning and social gathering. Our primary costs include: our world-class faculty, website design/development, online promotion and advertising, credit card fees, Zoom technology, general administration, and the countless hours that Joe and Pamella and our team have devoted to this event. We believe that the registration fee represents real value, given everything that will be offered to each participant.
We’ll be hosting Camp from California on Pacific Standard Time (PST)
But of course you can join us from any time zone in the world.
